Not just RANDOM WORKOUTS. Not just A fitness PROGRAM. But the act of showing up voluntarily to something difficult. Repeatedly. With intention.

SUMMER SHRED 2026 faq’s

  • The goal is simple - Set a goal number of workouts for the 4-weeks and hit it. Every member will choose either 12, 20 or 28 workouts to complete during the 4-weeks. This is our beginner/ intermediate/ advanced targets. We also have a 40 option for the Rx+ members.

  • All Sweatdreams classes count as a tally towards your target. There will also be opportunities to get double points for challenge specific workouts. Any non-sweatdreams workout must be approved by a sweatdreams coach to count.

  • All workouts are tracked using our in-studio tracking boards. We have yellow stickers that count as 1 workout, and red stickers for double points or days you complete a double. Once signed up you will write your name and a target # of workouts on one of the spaces on the tracking boards and then keep track each week as you work towards your goal.

  • MEMBERS - Summer Shred participation is FREE.

    (We highly recommend upgrading your membership during the challenge to match your goal # of workouts.)
